wrapped up loosely in a theme. A refreshing
perspective on events and thoughts in the world.
They don't have articles on the website, you have
to go get the magazine itself to read it. The do

46 cities are currently building light rail systems
according to the Light
Rail Project
site. I thought it was a good sign that every other
place I've lived either has one or is building one
now. This means that Halifax has to
be on that list sometime in the near future! Except
for the minor detail that they cost anywhere from
$10 million to $70 million US dollars
PER MILE! Heavens. No wonder Halifax has opted
for 10 fancy buses. And the site hasn't been
updated since 2002.....where's Lite
Rail.....!
