an exceptional way to improve balance, strength
and flexibility, and even increase bone mass.

Schedule - No impact warm water exercise.
This class is open to anyone, especially good
for those with restricted movement challenges.
The 95 degree pool allows luxurious stretch,
balance and flexibility exercises, which
surprisingly build strength and a greater range
of motion into restricted joints. Synchronize
breath, body and mind for a little while, enjoy
the gap.
